Deposit & Project Commencement

To secure your project booking, a 50% deposit is required before any design work begins. Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms and allows project planning, preparation, and design work to commence.

Final Payment & Delivery of Assets

The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion of the project and must be received in full before any final design files, assets, or deliverables are released.

Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

I am committed to delivering work that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, I will work collaboratively with you to explore reasonable revisions and solutions to address your concerns.

If, after all reasonable revision opportunities have been explored, a suitable outcome cannot be reached, a full refund may be provided.

Ownership & Transfer of Rights

Copyright and ownership of the final approved designs will transfer to the client only once full payment has been received. Until the final balance has been paid, all rights and ownership of the work remain with the designer.
